Bros, throwaway account obvious ga..

Need some guidance on negotiating a job offer..

interview time lo current company salary koncham inflate chesanu.. In case I accept this offer with the new firm... pata employer pay verify chestara? Obviously pay stub kavali h1 transfer ki.. but it is usually the lawyer kada who handles all that information.. 

Inkoka question.. kotta company only eb3 chesta antondi.. na current gc eb2 mida chesaru..

is it even worth considering a transition in this case (considering eb2 to eb3)? Kasta confused ga unnanu..

No once vaaadu offer isthe done deal bg check lo only employment and education verify chestaru , first time vintuna if you already have eb2 why they do eb3

EB2 or EB3 depends on job description.

 

Not sure when your priority date is. Looks like EB3 is looking much better and moving faster

Bro job description lo at least 5 years experience or masters with 3 years experience leda ??

EB3 is progressing well compared to EB2. 
 

Andaru EB3 nunchi EB2 ki port cheskunaru. Ipudu EB3 lo ekuvva leru.

Pay Em verify chyaru...and rani GC kosam categories ki enduku thinking ...eb2 or eb3 em farak padadu...e time lo FT ravadam fortunate inka...accept offer and enjoy 😉

if you dont mind sharing ,how many year of experience/technology you have and what is the pay offered bro.you can skip the company name
