Amazon prime video account working in India

Evarikanna US lo subscribe vallaki Amazon prime video working in India? Or do they have to subscribe there locally? 

Funny enough it's not working on the laptop but works on the mobile device. Not sure why if it won't work in India.

Yeah but does it only work on mobile? It is working on mobile as I stated in my post, but isnt working on smart TV or laptop.

For me it's reverse. I can use prime video india account in US including TV but prime orders won't work.

prime is designed to work market based... ideally not supposed to work anywhere outside the market you purchased it at...

so if its working on any device outside US... consider yourself lucky... you poke it enough, they realize what they missed and handle the bugs in verification...

 

also when I said lucky, you werent exactly lucky, probably havent given location permissions to the app... and/or using some sort of high end vpn service..

For orders on Amazon India it won't work. 

For watching TV on Roku it will work. My parents use my Amazon prime account on Roku.

A couple years ago, it worked on our ipads and phones. Didn't try tv or laptop.

Family in India is using our netflix (on tv) too. Night time for us and day time there serves well.

Netflix is pay once and use anywhere in world type

Prime is country specific.
