Vuntaru , if they  find the girl physically unattractive or ugly. Few men cannot get the girl they desire and have to settle for girls due to pressure .

Not true if it's consensual both ways, after one month you can get.

As per Section 13 B of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and Section 28 of the Special Marriage Act, 1954, the couple should be living separately for at least one year before divorce proceedings can begin. Section 10A of Divorce Act, 1869, however, requires the couple to be separated for at least two years.

How much time does it take? Divorce by mutual consent can be obtained within six months, but no petition in such a case can be filed within first year of marriage. There also has to be gap of six months between the first and second motions. The court can waive this cooling off period in some cases

No, you can't get divorce after a month of marriage. You have to wait for at least one year to file divorce case against your partner. The waiting period of one year is inevitable even if you both plan to go for mutual consent divorce.

Now the question is law enduku ledu..... and why men are not fighting to have a law in place ? - I donno answer for this too.

I don’t think it’s easy to abuse laws so easily. There are few cases where wives were charged on the grounds of cruelty against husbands.

There was a complaint filed by the wife against her husband and his family members under Section 498A[1] read with Section 34[2] of Indian Penal Code. Thereafter, the Husband filed a petition praying for divorce on the ground of cruelty and on other grounds. The petition of the wife was dismissed as the prosecution failed to provide sufficient evidence to the court, and hence the court acquitted the accused. In the meantime, the divorce petition of the Husband was allowed on the ground on cruelty. The first appellate court set aside the order for divorce. The Husband filed an appeal against it.

Ind lo Law approve avvali antae - It should go from Parliament...   Do you think any political party dare to introduce Bill for Men Security... On the flip side women 50% reservation bill 2008 nundi inka pending vundhi...

For a law to be recognized in India, it must first be introduced in the form of a "Bill" in either House of the Parliament, then passed by both houses and then finally the President of India must assent to it before it becomes an "Act of Parliament (Source Wiki)

Off the topic of this Thed.. Ind lo inka br!tish laws follow avuthunnamu.. Do you know flying kite without license is illegal in India.. RTA lo license thechukovali if u wanna fly Kite.. But Sankarathi time does any one cares...

Like how ?

Like the ones who will stick to a relationship. The ones who are not thinking about money, but are into it for a long lasting relationship. The ones who will not torture you or abuse you for no reason. In short, moodu ochchindhi kada ani mogudni kottani pellam.

Okay. Why no one really cares what happens to a man ?

i have no answer for that.

Its a big theory, have to blame india for its laws, who ever wrote the laws or the governemtn its all fukad up there.

In this case there is nothing a man can do, as there are no laws that could help men when such things happen, laws are favorable to women mostly

India law and justice i have never respected it nor i will in future, anything could happen in india in terms of changing laws by minting money to the officials, then in such case why is a law even needed, we can talk for days to months about india its policitcs its corruption its favorable laws to the rich and unfavorable laws to the poor, etc etc.,

Bottom Line: India and its system is fukad up real big time, and no one could ever change,

now how is this gonna effect comman man -- no big change for a commamn man, as long as he makes some bread and butter to feed his family, he doesnt care for anything else right, 90% of population think just this way, we are good our family is good, rest we dont give a fuk, the max they could do is read news like these in news papers or social media and feel sorry about it....thats all...

hope this helps your question..

Don't find someone to marry them, marry someone you know you can trust.
