what is she files even more cases than you do on your wife, on whose side the justice is going to be ?

lets say you complain a case saying wife tortures you, sh gonna approach the same police and say he attempted to kill, assault, anything ?

finally you life is even more fukad up is what i am trying to say..this is in india..not in western countries..

Hire a good lawyer and prove them they are wrong. 

Court will accept the case, ala ani facts and evidences lekunda judgement ivvaru.
