Depends on the location bro. Should not be far from the city and also should not be in interior place which is not well connected. You should always look for lots close to state freeways or atleast frontage roads connected to state freeways and also close to exits. Development will be faster and guaranteed in a span of 5 to 7 years. But the discussion we are having is what can we do in that place during these 7 years without keeping them idle.
