There is already govt listing of pricing per area etc....u can get that from local Registrar office..

but enta mandi a price ki ammutunnaru.....enta mandi kontunnaru...

ex: Land pooling lo govt rate prakaram istunnam antaru...thats where it is coming from..

so already things are in place..but due to high demand, they are not budging...

Govt rule prakaram Himayatnagar lo 50K per sqyd unddali....

a rate ki neek ekkadaina place dorkutada...ledu....

so its all market gimmick...

 

suppose nuvvu illu ammali anukuntunnav Gachibowli lo...ancestral property...and Govt price there is 13k per sq yrd....

will u be willing to sell that...?

thats what realtors are taking advantage of.....

enni rules and policies pettina evvaru mararu.....

when the people who make those decisions themselves are in business, things wont change...

Correct cheppinav.. na point enti antey.. the govt prices and market prices ekuda difference undakudadhu.. apudu automatic ga problems anni solve aetae.. If govt prices are aligned with market pricess. then govt can get more taxes and build the infrastructure.. win win situation ravali.

correcte , but NRI's investments does a impact  iam not saying a great impact, real estate growth in a progressive way is not a problem , the problem with unregulated ( ardam pardam lekunda rates penchatam ) .. example : last year nenu alwal  lo plot price adiga 30k per sq yard annadu , i went this year as well , the same plot costs 40k per sq yard. broker gadini adigithe sir pakkana plot monnane australia athanu 40 k ki konnadu sir , ippudu ee area lo ade nadusundi anta . the brokers are deciding the price.

roadlu sarigga levu , underground water ledu , varsham padithe inka cheppakarledu drainage antha bayate untadi. ye basis meedha penchutunnaru saami. one should not encourage this espacially NRIs who atleast saw how a underground drainage system works in first world countries.

you may say neeku istmaithe konu lekaote dobbey ani , same thing brokers kuda antunnaru . local people ante exploration ledu ,gatyantharam ledu anukundam , NRIs ki kuda ade problem aa?
