stupid argument. how does reservation help someone really get respect?  Reservations are not there for the treatment, they are there for their upliftment. Respecting them and treating them are a different case..

Just to give an example: if that SC/ST person is already rich or my boss (like you said above)... why does his son or daughter need reservation again? he is already rich and his kids must be going to good schools and having enough bank balance already? Are you telling me that his son/daughter will not get respect from the society if they dont have reservation in the future? despite their dad being rich and whose status is like my boss's?

so govt job ichina saripodhu antav.... vaalla family lo okadu CEO no leka manager level position ki vache dhaka benefits isthane undali antav....  

govt job ante mazaak aipoinda? mari antha chaprasi job anukunnapudu pukat lo dengipodam enduku govt jo lu reservation quota lo...... entha mandi rastharo thelsa competitive exams for govt positions.... andhulo huge benefit ichina saripodha? inkentha iyyali moddal gola... 

thats just an example.... govt job, medical colleges, PG colleges.... okata renda? enni ani isthunnaru inka saripodha edusthane untaru ... once a family gets a benefit, they should be out of that reservation zone.... they have been provided with more than a fair share already... how is that not enough?

also reservations were started to encourage the lower caste people to get them into education and give them opportunities in jobs in the beginnging because most of them were doing low wage works back in the day... chala mandi ki appatlo school ante thelvadhu, jobs ante thelvadhu kabatti ....

but once someone from an SC ST BC family were provided with education chance and job opportunity.... they should be well aware of the society and should be able to transform their families with the job and education they have... if they fail their future generations its their fault and problem but the govt and society cant baby sit them forever generations together and make someone from their family a CEO or a manager of some company lol

Respecting them is a different story and society has changed and majority of them due get the respect barring few incidents every now and then... atleast in the south India
