Exactly a month back, Delhi could barely test 5000 per day. Do I need to say that Delhi has India's best healthcare facilities ? Ram Manohar Lohiya, AIIMS to name few..

With so much concentration, seat of administration, All that Delhi could manage is to increase their test numbers from 5000 to 18,000 now. 

Do you see why the test numbers are low in Telangana? Because of equipment.

Some stupids and dhed shanas will come and say government failure, Are you really a moron not to understand a fact that all these equipment has to be imported and in present scene, do you think India can import in required numbers ?
