Secretariat is completely surrounded by very important public offices, seat of administration, BSNL, Aayakar Bhavan, Income Tax office, CBDT, variousl welfare offices, even NIC and CDAC offices, etc, Mint, Transco discom offices.

Its a good thought to utilise Secretariat building as Covid facility but it is nothing less than huge risk as it is the seat of admiistration. Surrounding lo vunna buildings lo ki critical operations maintain chestunaru...BRK Bhavan is now the temp secretariat which is right opposite to present situation..

 

So what certainly care can be taken if they plan to implement it and isn't a big issue, its not that what ever facilities coming up in other cities are at isolated places...

With so many offices/organisations around the demolition/construction will be on same way the Covid facility can be set up temporarily, I am saying since ample space will be there since structure is already ready and can be put to good use.
