one of my frnd recently moved to Amazon from other company in india as L6 TPM he said they are offering him 1 cr TC. Is this real?  Does a L6 in India makes 1cr Total compensation.

130K US rate prakaram...

US lo ante 130K base veskovachu...

but India lo ante...TC 130K untadi...whcih includes Stocks , Annual Bonus and Joining bonus..

emadhya US lo kuda fashion aipoindi konta mandi 250+ TC antunnaru...base salary evvad seppatle...

I know people making 400k in amazon music in SFO as TC but just checking inidia lo L6(mid level manager) ki one cr ante not nammable

With current stock value totally possible but for TPM I doubt SDM yes

Yes they offer. I know one guy who joined as a director in hyderabad. Athaniki  1.5 or 2cr per year plus weekend flight tickets to Bangalore. He is from bangalore. Amazon vadu super salaries istunnadu

TC not guaranteed always..same like investing in stocks is affected by market fluctuations laga.
