i look at base only bro.. house, investment, daycare fees, spouse shopping, to keep the wheel rolling along with to keep parents happy with minimum guaranteed investment (or health needs) has become basic necessities for me. I treat bonus for luxury and keeping people happy for the looks which I do not like..
