and even when they are invited to participate, are not able to participate because these structures are created to benefit people like you and me. not them. some of these underclass succeed by sheer determination and some fluke, but most of them remain on the sidelines, doing petty crime because they are, for all purposes, unwanted by you and me.

systems where some IAS officer is a bigshot giving out justice to the downtrodden.. but never has any IAS asshole stopped to wonder if what he's handing out is truly justice. just blindly following the system.
