regularly backup the photos to cloud drive (not iCloud)

regularly cleanup the some download files like podcasts, offline videos, temp files..etc after certain time...

regularly  cleanup the old whatsapp conversations and attachments...etc

Google photos tho backup thiskovachhu.. save files to google drive

CleanerOne by  TrendMicro  - good with duplicate and unnecessary pics removal.
