I am FTE and in a remote place, only tech resource they have and can not find anyone to replace me in the area. so for now "Nenu lekunte panijargadi .. i am more critical resource". But even if they get someone good, I believe I will be in par to them.

get business knowledge ( this is what will save you ), if dont know any module talk to that BA and make friendship with him, talk directly to manager and report everything to him only. Narcissistic gallani deal cheyalantey kastame kani not hard. I do the same.
