Its not stealing my work team for example 

there are some team members who dont want to work on call issues and always want fresh development where there is need of balance , 

it doesnt mean one person has to work on existing BAU, On call issues and others will have fresh slate of new devleopment and give demos 

I am taking this as an example there balance comes where every body gets a chance to work on new things as well as existing issues

Good. Have you noticed this behavior with only desi guys or Most of them , more or less similar?? I see boot licking Of boss will be more in our desi people compared to other races.

No bro I dont see that specific to Desi , maa team lo oka fin land odu unadu he is most in secure most of desis are nice, my manager is Desi telugu best ever manager I worked in my 10 years

as of now.. i am the only one with specific technology stack.. in a 150 people product team in my company.... there are 14 of us each with their own specialty... single resource for the tech...

but this company has a shared resource pool where you can find a guy with any tech you need...
