its just a phase things are getting better 

People who are alone mostly opt participating in forums , spending time online.. when feeling low this helps lot but eventually this gets habituated too even u r normal happy

Mental health is the new keyword that got popular with sushant suicide, no one talked about it before.

Mental and physical both are 50 50 , mentally strong guy with physical issues may not survive as well.
