where did you see government hospitals here in USA? all are owned by either private firms or not for profit organizations. Government funds medicare and our governments does it differently in the form public health care like hospitals, health care workers under its payroll and schemes like ayishman bharat/arogyasri. okka institutional normal delivery costs $30k which is a plain rip off and so both has it’s share of issues in their implementation
