You have to buy when all others are afraid , that's the only time to get a deal in real estate, especially india lo . Telangana movement peak unnapudu konna vaari gained a lot of value.

 There are very few buyers in this market , brokers will offer half rate compared to 6 months ago , a lot of people might need to sell property due to emergency , anyone looking to he get a property in Hyderabad or anywhere else in india should do so in one year time.

Monna Chennai lo choosa ,ECR road .5 km to beach lo 3 grounds property selling for 4 crores  and no one approaching . 10 years back kanna takkuva .  Villas , apartments mathram I don't think they are a good investment at all , only lands or individual houses .

Actually I lucked out on my bay area home, I gained good amount of equity to help me put down payment in India otherwise I wouldn’t have. I have plans to move back in 2 years if covid doesn’t play spoilsport in offloading the property here.
