contract job - ext help

hello all,

ma brother ki 3 month contract job ochindi, manodiki chese pani meeda pattundi, but how to keep the contract extended?

they are looking for fte, and cannot sponsor him fte. So at this time, only thing is he can have it extended until they find fte.

they won’t find fte anytime soon in this situations...

any tips on making the contract extended? Thank you.

Answer ne question lone vundi..he can work until they get fte..h1 cheyaru kabatti for them it takes to find new guy...he may work more than 3 months..regular time lo aithe ela gola extend chestaru..ippudu compnies monitoring all budgets

Oka vendor W2, no benefits ani mail pettadu. Meaning, no insurance offered and taxes deducted on their end. Ante na?

First time ee contracting consider cheyyalsostundi.
