After SC/ST act verdict by Supreme court that is unconstitutional,I thought Modi will implement it 

But he feared backlash and again brought an act ,

As an individual I feel it is unnecessary,it violates article 14 of Indian Constitution

But I have hopes on only Modi to remove,I don't trust congi blood suckers

I feel it is more of blackmail in nature once my uncle was hit by an bike ,when he was driving,we asked it is wrong on their part to bike driving person,they said we will put a case on u through SC/ST act
