90% of these cases are bogus and blackmailing ee, maa friend valla nanna (he is SC) police ga unde. He told me that most of them are bogus. Nenu personal ga chusina 3 incidents

If it's helping 10% of the people, then it's worth it.

90% is bogus ante rest 10% emi legit kadu, regular ga ayina case pette situation lo kuda adi add chesthunaru, not because its SC/ST. 90% bogus ante adi asalu case ee kadu ani. You can have a regular case in most situations.

@HugoStrange be glad that 90% ^ cases were proven to be what they are... no harm right? As your 90% itself says that, those are not getting punished by fake cases.

But, on the other hand... it prevents lot of people from abusing those sects (just because they are lower caste)... that’s immeasurable benefit... shielding those people from social stigma. 

So answer to this thread is... yes, that law has to be there (even though I hate people misusing it)...

@reality 90% cases lo other people are suffering kada kaka. mana vallucheppinattu 99 criminal thappunchukunna okka nirdoshi kuda sikshinchapadakudadu ani cheppadu ga. Emi logic saami adi, 99 mandiki anyayam jarigindi and aa 99 criminal inka 999 thappulu chestharu. 

90% people are suffering, why do u think its no harm.  nee meda bogus case pedithe nuvu suffer avava. money kuda bokka on top of that. India lo aa cases saaguthunee untai, you have to go so many times to the court. Job kuda poyye chances unnai. No harm elago cheppu

It does not prevent anyone from abusing those sects. mana vallu andari people ni abuse chestharu regarless of sects. Nee lekka prakaram OC's lo evarini abuse cheyadam leda.  Nuvu inka 70's 80's lo unnav. They have so many privileges, Law should be equal for all. People abuse other to get benefit for them selves.

nenu cheppindi 90% cases thappudu cases ani saami, nuvu danni inko vidanga artham chesukunnav. Vallu abusing that law ani cheppa. 

There is law for people getting abused regardless of caste, everyone should be equal before law.
