no it isn't. Trump changed the republican party. Its actually a democratic platform.

if you'd followed US since the 2000s, via opeds on conservative magazines like National Review, they strongly oppose govt action on anything, other than for abortion and for saving cultural values of america.

Trump actually ran a populist democratic campaign, but never implemented any of it.
