see men quantity thickness or density peragali ante pallilu (peanuts), saabu dhana (sago), and sununda lu  baga thinali it helps. 

Also foods to improve testosterone are Mulakaya, banana, watermelon, garlic, avocado, coffee in limit only 2 cups a day, and lots and lots of water. + exercise.

watermelon works very week due to high levels of l-citruline
