i missed this GEM all these days...i recommend this for MS students in USA.

 

Barrister Parvateesam (Telugu: బారిష్టరు పార్వతీశం) is a Telugu language humorous novel written by Mokkapati Narasimha Sastry in 1924. It was printed in three parts. This work is regarded as one of the best written novels in India.

i did listen this today...

its excellent... this book was written almost 100 years back...

in this also protagonist goes to England for studies and his experiences..and his experience during the world war 2 time...and few telugu freedom fighters topics...etc

World war 2 1939-1945 < 100 years

may be ww1

Got it - looks like both ww’s were covered

He describes the situation in Scotland during the First World War. Even as war is raging, he finishes his studies to qualify as a Barrister-at-Law and returns to India. He is happy to return to his homeland.

10th క్లాస్ తెలుగు ఉపవాచకం లో , chadivamu idhi...but full fledged podcast evaraina chesthe bagunnu anukunevadini.

this podcast is good..narrator vice is also good..he covered full story in all episodes...only confusion is episode titles...i got confused i heard bit jumbled...

this novel is also a good listen bro. It is a composition of short stories written by banumathi Garu. Thank you for sharing some valuable literature/useful stuff.
