Depends on his status bro... maa colleague India nunchi work chese Vaadu but citizen here... different pay icharu like 30$ an hour and Indian rupees ki converted...

if your company has a offshore facility they will move him under their hr code and pay Indian salary

And it will be a big messy problem for companies who don’t have a legal entity in India.. running payroll without paying local taxes .. complicated..
