Evo konni symptoms match avte it may or may not be true. Don't do self diagnosis for psychiatric problems .Visit a Neuropsychiatrist if it is severe. There is nothing wrong in consulting kada. If nijangane unte, take some treatment. Okavela lekapote well and good, you can just do some lifestyle related changes. Don't do the mistake of googling for psych problems. Annnnni disorders unnatte anipistadi.. it can cause generalized anxiety also.

knowing self and symptoms are crucial today than ever before

if one goes to psychiatrist explaining his symptoms, he will surely be diagnosed as anxiety/depression if even he is on borderline

there is reason why this country is called prozac nation

most of the cases lo, diet or lack of key nutrients results in symptoms, focus on getting good exercise, mind exercises and good supplements

i gave reddit page, research and explore mitigating symptoms is better than going to psychiatrist in initial stages, unmanageable level ki tappadu

I see. What you are saying makes sense 👍👍. I'll try to edit my comment slightly in case I came off too strong. I don't want to mislead TS.

While it is good to know yourself and your symptoms and the possible implications, it is very easy for people to research and find something that matches your symptoms and get fixated on it. I personally know someone who did this to himself by self-diagnosed himself for ADHD. He found some doctor who agreed with him and put him on some meds. I was pretty sure at that time that he doesn't have ADHD as I have seen him from childhood and the issues he facing were no different from what quite a lot of us face due to lifestyle. But instead of fixing his lifestyle he was using meds.  Now after a couple of years, his behavior has gone so bad that  I am ( after consulting a few psychologists ) pretty sure he has some psychological condition which isn't ADHD. On researching quite a bit, I came to realize that the meds he was using could very well have been the trigger of these psychological conditions on him as a side effect. He is now super reliant on the meds. The biggest challenge for his family now is that, while they can see that he behaves pretty abnormal, he thinks everything is normal with him and refuses to visit the psychologist.

Please don't put yourself in such a situation. Consult a doctor and assess yourself properly. It's worth consulting a second doctor if needed before you have to take meds as a long term solution.

Also, don't relate every stress in life or every challenge you face to a psychological condition. you have to realize that as humans, we do have difficult times, we may have physical/mental inability to do something, or sometimes we are just depressed for prolonged period of time. But that doesn't mean you are having BPD or something else.
