Enhtuku cheyyaru if everything is proper they cannot deny claim...

Network hospitals lo ayithe cashless as soon as you join hospital you can inform them about the cashless facility or if its outside network hospitals you can inform them and after discharge you can send the bills they will reimburse. It doesn't matter if its top multispeciality hospital or medium/small hospital they will reimburse up to your insurance cover limit.

As soon as you are going to be Inpatient hospital people themselves ask if you insurance & its for hospitilization for more than 24 hrs and types of policies taken now a days there are policies which cover OPD also, even in some policies accept Ayurveda & Unani medicine..

For below 45 Yrs means usually no premedical tests could be required after 45 it will be mandatory & about health checkup can be done once a year.

All comes down to which policy you choose and based on cover amount also the features vary..
