Ee scenario lo, preference should be given to someone who studied here in USA 🇺🇸 First Compared to the imports. Since being a student they contributed to the economic either with fees/accommodation etc ,before entering into job market. Most cases people who came to US as students would have integrated into society/culture lot more /better than the direct imports as they have exposed/experienced the student life style here.

Not every PhD is research oriented. Some PhD’s are more into professional/career oriented.

Aa degree mill lo chaduvukunna ani resume lo unte aa resume vanka kooda choododhu ani. Witch companies are bad kaadhu ananu. Their employees are also exploited by them by giving low wages. That doesn’t mean they are talentless. There are many in there who have loads of talent

A lot of kids from IIT, NIT and BITS come here and work for FAANG right after graduation. Are Masters students really better than them?
