that was just a proposal. Once that is introduced in congress, ee points anni appudu bayataku vastayi. 

 

May be they will consider age at the time of PD for old applicants. We dont know those details yet.

those in pipeline will ge a interim route, law cannot be applied retrospectively under any situation, age at the PD can be disaster for some

moreover S386 won’t be any use for someone who came to US after 2011, they will still be in backlog loop, how come you expect them to support S386, they prefer merit as it gives more chances for them to get GC rather than via S386. No wonder why not much support from opt/cpt poralu.

opt/cpt poragalu support merit since S386 doesn’t help them in anyway.
