Peter123 Posted July 15, 2020 Report Share Posted July 15, 2020 his facts are not so right.. for instance he said NY has 1 br starting from 2k$, which is not true, he might be talking to a specific county or city, there are a whole lot of remote places in NY where rents start from 1k for 1 br, but the guy in the video said NY has starting rent for 1 br is 2k$ which is not true. in the video he also said, most of the states does not have state tax, thats a very wrong statement, most of the states do have state tax, only few of them are state tax free like TX, NV, SD, WA, WY, TN, NH, AK, FL.
