Basically Canadian system gives out points based on profile..
 

With a Ph.D and under 30 years Of age with 3 or more years of world experience with education master’s in Canada and experience in Canada , who is married and can read write and speak English well will get the maximum points and assured residency...

Usa ki merit-based is not a good option..merit based start cheste usa kuda canada and Australia la avutubdi..USA develop avadaniki main reason education is not the priority and ideas, business plans, etc are main reason..merit-based start cheste inka anthe..

US attracts the best based on talent, reforming current immigration system by removing some flaws would be better than introducing point based system copying canada, australia and sh1tholes

not everyone does need a masters degree but they can be great innovators, US will miss them out in merit
