No I am not discounting bro nenu chinapad ninchi I've Govt hospitals antha kastama ani asking and the budgets have gone from 50k crore (in combined state)to 1.5 lac crore just thinking how much does a hospital like osmania costs wild guess 500cr?

It depends on your priorities. do you want healthcare to be a fundamental right, then it will be provided via insurance or through public hospitals.

if you think a person must earn the right to having a healthy life, then the other nasty thing with fcuking private piece of sh1t grifters.

you really live in a bubble if you think private hospitals in India provide your money's worth.

govt doesn't even have to build hospitals. They just have to offer a public insurance to everybody where they fix the prices, and not the hospitals. any hospitals that don't conform can be asked to give back the land that was given to them at concession rates.

Its all a scam dude. Its rich people helping other people to become rich. nothing more.

Back from past when KCR proposed to reconstruct Osmania. Opposition parties and heritage activists  filed PIL in High court and HC struck down Government plans on heritage grounds and it is well documented. KCR is waiting for the structure to fall by itself to shut the heritage activists (not just KCR may be since YSR/CBN they didn’t take any maintainace works to just let structure fall  for the courts and activists  give in) so that at some point government will reconstruct osmania.
