They have over 100 modern cities , oka sari velli choosthey tappa you cannot see how far behind india is .

China still has corruption though , but their corruption is efficient and they will get the job done .india lo  least problem political corruption , main problem is old institutions and laws from the British era . 

Routine ga corrupt officials ni dismisals  jaruguthuntayi , in some cases they shoot them . Mana dagara just paid suspension and back after 3 months .

Inka 200 year old British revenue land records follow avuthunam , why don't any government update it to GPS based system ? Because you cannot do corruption in that easily
