Courts should speedup the procedure in these kind of cases

It’s completely backward thinking, reservations specifically in education and jobs mostly help higher income people in cities. Real effects of caste can be seen in villages and it doesn’t help there at all. And sc/st laws are only used to harass. If regular laws are implemented correctly that should be enough but instead we get all these stupid laws which are also not implemented correctly. You can’t fix injustice with more injustice.
