Bro nepotism ani ippudu janalu gola chestunnaru kani mana Indian tradition built on it Right... Kings and valla sons used to rule the kingdoms.. it’s just start from there and goes to all skill based works...

personally I don’t see nepotism as a problem in family based industries or companies...
