Chala companies implement chestunnattunnav kada bhayya ?

jobs chala takkuvana? Salary expectations em ekkuva levu ... my spouse is not much into programming. Heard this doesn’t need much programming knowledge and decent pay untadi ani so want to know ....

FTE almost untai,  go for it if no sponsorship issues. Avg 3-5 experience ki around 100-120 k untundi. But comparing Workday with salesforce, I would prefer salesforce for more job opportunities. No programming for Workday is a myth. You need to know XML/XSLT because most of them requires it for integrations, Since it’s in HR/finance domain , most of them are white Colleagues, they can do configurations lot better than us, so mostly for desi batch integrations in Workday ki positions tisukuntaru.

PS: above suggestion is based on 4-5 years experience in Workday and slowly moving into HR/HR Technology domain. Always learn more about the domain , as this tools will change in every 5-10 years, domain knowledge untai growth opportunities untai and also it’s easy to adopt to new tools within that field. Nowadays companies are changing their tech stack every 5-6 years, so I would suggest to learn more about the domain.
