that he has no clue of what he was hired for

that he doesnt have H1B or GC

Company job ki Baby Sitter ki em comparison kaka??

Company lo you'll have a team to handle issues, deployment, coding for a Project....  unlike a single Baby sitter handling the Baby

baby sitter ki team la project ki is like illogical comparison

driving for 2 hours vs cooking for 2 hours vs dancing for 2 hours vs   coding for 2 hours vs DIY for 2 hours etc

You cannot tell which one above is easy or tough. You tell any one I can comfortably argue another is tougher or easy
