Absolutely. Very clear skin because of staying hydrated also proper sleep. Some people might make fun but your metabolic cycle and bowel movement is critical for staying active. If you neglect taking sufficient water then it has an impact on everything. 
 

People who don’t drink water try using some apps ( there are plenty) and even automated hydration bottles. Make use of them

Awesomeee .. I am drinking 4L now as per my body weight.. I do not have any headaches and hope to see clear skin soon

Mrng levagane brush ki mundhu 1L tagesyyi for easy bowels later on 3-4 L throughout the day.. one hour lo one liter kante ekuva dont drink as ur kidneys can only process 1 L in one hour time..
