Nice .. as long as u r drinking throughout the day, its fine dont consume too much in a short time that will pose other problems .. ur kidneys can only process a certain amount in a give time..

Nuvu 5L tagithey motham poyyavu koncham ne bidy kuda observe chesthundi but nuvu exe

chesthey ne sweat nunchi konchme vellipothundi  .. but frequency def ga untundi so when u drink water bathrooms available undali if not the pressure will be more than normal and its hard to hold in
