Aa calculation nammuthava bro ? Avi government cost of living calculations anukunta... those are invalid ....
reality lo things are very different ....

kavalantey let’s compare someone living in

Bay Area like Sacramento, SunnyVale , Palo Alto, San Ramon, Pleasanton areas

with people from Dallas, Atlanta, Houston, Denver and Austin to compare their cost of livings ....

Bay Area people spend hardhly 1000-1500 more per month than these people but make 6000-7000 more per month if 200k is avg pay there

Dallas lo year ki 90k perugutunda bro ? Are you sure ? May be konnappatinundi ippatiki emo but Bay Area lo year ki easy ga 50-100k peruguthadi...

I got 1 townhome salary 140k single income .. 1kid... I  save about 2500-3k per month

I bought the townhome in 2016 for 640k now it’s value is about 1.2M

Milpitas Area

and lot of my colleagues (both working ) bought multiple townhomes and get rents up to 7k per month and save around 10-12k per month ..

yeah Dallas Austin lanti places lo houses are cheap compared to Bay Area. But Bay Area lo townhome rate ki Dallas lo Mansion osthadi and you pay more property taxes in Dallas Houston Austin areas

Agree and anything above 90k is decent salary to lead decent life anywhere in the US.

dont believe DB bullish!t salary stories .. they should be inspiring but not depress you .. trust me you are doing very good if you are making 100-120k anywhere in the US be it single income or both making 100k each doesn’t matter
