I got 1 townhome salary 140k single income .. 1kid... I  save about 2500-3k per month 

I bought the townhome in 2016 for 640k now it’s value is about 1.2M

yeah Dallas Austin lanti places lo houses are cheap compared to Bay Area. But Bay Area lo townhome rate ki Dallas lo Mansion osthadi and you pay more property taxes in Dallas Houston Austin areas

Not true. In January I was offered a job that pays me around 200k in Cupertino. When I compared the cost of living in both the places I realized 140k I am making in Alpharetta is much better. Remember someone making 140k in Alpharetta or 200k in Cupertino will want to live in a house, not apartments..

@manadonga bhayya nenu Bay area lo 140k tho single income meeda family naduputunna ... we are living comfortably saving atleast 2000-2500 per month...

I own two townhomes in Alpharetta and planning on buying a third one now. Bay area appreciation is almost done ippati nunchi drop avvakapote chalu. If you invest properly you can get good returns in Dallas or Atlanta or Bay area. So honestly your point of argument will apply to all these other cities
