I seriously have doubts on performance through, since most of them might have growing kids and out of work for atleast few years, so definitely there will be performance issues , unless they hire support back from India.

Depends on person. Some will have Degrees like Btech or Mtech from Ind. So vaallu edo okati chesi nerchukuntaru 6 months lo. But I don't have that much knowledge about this H4 EAD program.

Just because someone is on H4 EAD doesn't means they are unfit.
