Temples maintained by samsthan or trusts are doing better than temples under endowments ...

there is no endowment department in Maharashtra ... look at sai samsthsn trust ppl. TTD charges 50 rupees per laddu... But shirdi samsthan gives you 3 laddus for 20rupees. 
they don’t charge much for rooms. They do free annadanam everyday. Before 10 years back there’s no ticket for darshan and harati... now they have harati & darshan tickets but they are affordable. 

Endowment board is good for nothing . They are looting from people and not even spending a single penny on employees welfare and temple development. I did not see any charges in tirumala, basara , vemulawada , dharmapuri etc temples in last 10 years ... I don’t know what they  are doing with devotees money

There is archaka corpus fund . Every month endowment Dept will deduct some amount from their salary and in case of some health issues , financial loss , marriages , house construction etc they suppose to give that money to archaka.  Ask some temple EO , where they are spending that amount ? 
are they giving that too any archakas ? Answer is no, 

who is looting that ?

Shankaracharya peetams , ramanuja peetams lantivi ... but endowments tho 0% use anedhi ledhu ... nawab lu , sultan la time lo inka bagundevemo temples ee chettha govts kanna

there is barely any transparency on the money matters w.r.t temples...

and all the monies that needs to be spent on seva tickets.. less said the better.
