Where does it say Ramouji owned or kabzaed as you mentioned. All what I see is this - they had are not in agreement with lease extention, went to the court. I am unable to find what you have been saying about owning land or kabzed from this article you posted.

 

HYDERABAD: Justice G V Seethapathy of the AP High Court on Monday dismissed a civil revision petition filed against Ch Ramoji Rao of Eenadu group in a case pertaining to leasing of land to house the Eenadu office at Visakhapatnam.
Ramoji Rao is seeking an extension of lease of this land admeasuring 2.78 acres for another 33 years from the land owner, MAEKK Varma. Saying that the extension of the lease was subject to mutual agreement on rent and period and since there is no mutuality arrived at between him and Ramoji, the land owner refused to extend the lease agreement.

 

However, when the additional district judge of Visakhapatnam gave an order saying that the specific performance suit filed by Ramoji Rao in a civil court in this regard would finalise this lease extension issue also, the land owner filed a civil revision against this order.

Where is that info for these accusations bro? As per the article, it clearly says that Ramoji went to the court only for lease extention. It doesn't say about Eenadu claiming the ownership. Don't take me wrong, I am not taking sides. AFAIK, Eenadu doesn't own properties for printing, distribution or for any of its paper news business outside Hyd. I am not sure about Hyd. From the begening they have been using leased properties for running their business.
