i discussed this with   psycopk  uncle before 2014 too ...not at all interested now ... only one answer is epudaina ye ruling mla ayina cm ki against ga matladuthara mana india lo ...adhi jaragadhu ...so tehy wont get any funds to show these kinds of things ... so these mlas will just implement what ever govt schemes/manifesto schemes are ... thats it  or else they wont get seats next time as simple as that ... only cm's need to focus on things like this...
