No, not at all. I worked in India for 5 years, USA 5 years. AP youth at least in IT are not smart. I can say only 1 out of 10 are good enough.

Compared to Tamilians who work for 15 Hours a day, Telugu Youth hardly works for 2-3 Hours. Most of them have fake CVs/fake interviews so much so that many North Indian managers do not short list Telugu CV for tough roles.
