Few years one such incident happened in front of my eyes, a mexican guy try to run away with 2 year kid @GreatMall bay area, kids mom reacted swiftly and that guy dropped the kid and ran away(store was close to one of the exit gate). He was an Indian kid I believe, cops were called but they couldn’t catch that guy
