From 3 days I'm drinking too much with frnds ,how to control it

I never drink upto now ,only used to drink beer once or twice a year ,but these days I started drinking whiskey how to stop it ,have no work from few days ,

me too drinking vodka and whiskey from 2 weeks (weekly 4 times)
