sources emi peddaga avasaram ledhu....

google theses topics...

  1. (hard disk ) Disk structures like sectors tracks and how sql data stored. if we do one sql select statement how many times disk has to retoate and head has to move to bring that data.
  2. normal forms
    1. SQL - reducing the redundancy is the key so that we can split the data in multiple tables and join them using join (which is expensive).
    2. No sql - is de normal form (there will be redundancy to get the data fast)
  3. "sharding" concept in no  sql
  4. types of No SQL databases
    1. document based
      1. mongodb
    2. graph based
      1. neo4j
    3. key value chain
      1. redis
  5.  few more...i will update if i remember...

This book explains it very well

https://www.amazon.com/Designing-Data-Intensive-Applications-Reliable-Maintainable/dp/1449373321

if you want in-depth knowledge on #1, read persistence chapters in this book (green) here: http://pages.cs.wisc.edu/~remzi/OSTEP/#book-chapters
