if they ask address proof, give your home address in India. Your Adhar card should already have the address on it, if address changed, then give some other form of address proof, in any case Aadhar card/passport and finger prints is a must, It can a scanned copy.

1. only one finger print  , if you are buyin gonly on your name . If you are adding spouse/ family there pic and finger prints 

2. That is used for communication purposes mostly , some times they might ask for address prof. 

3. My case I gave us address no issues and again it depends on who is doing it
